What Makes a World-Class Museum?
Kraig McNutt, Rick Green and some other people were recently discussing how Franklin, TN could use a world-class Civil War museum. A response started the question, what makes a world-class museum? Someone suggested it had to have really good exhibits for the public, but also had to have a massive library for researchers.
